As your Owner’s Representative and Project manager, I serve as your single point of contact, coordinating communication, managing details, and helping ensure that all parties are working toward the same goal. Residential Project Management Process

1. Discovery Call

Every project begins with a conversation. During our initial call, we discuss your goals, timeline, budget, concerns, and overall vision for the space. This meeting allows us to determine whether Lisa Zebra Project Management & Design is the right fit for your project and how we can best support your needs.

2. Project Assessment

Once we have a clear understanding of your objectives, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space and project requirements. Based on the scope, priorities, and budget, a preliminary plan is developed and reviewed with the homeowner. This phase focuses on transparency, communication, and setting realistic expectations. Once the project scope is defined and approved, we begin coordinating with contractors and vendors to obtain proposals and evaluate the best path forward.

3. Team Coordination
